Migrating from Trial version to Licensed version

I customized the trial version pretty much as needed with a few changes to a few files (css, custom header, ...).

I am ready to buy the Licensed version and my question is: would I then need to overwrite all the files with the licensed version files or is there a single file that changes the license from trial to purchased?

I just like to make sure I don't overwrite any of the things I added and hope there is a simple solution to migrate from the trial version to the licensed one.

You would just need to enter your order number after the purchase. Instructions will be in the purchase email. All of your settings, events and customization will still be there.
